Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Our postage and packing costs are based on the weight of the package within the UK, we use a courier who charges £8.50 per 25kg so for items weighing 50kg the charge will be £17 and 75kg will be £25.50 and so on. We ship to UK only. We do not ship to destinations outside of this area if you have any doubts please contact us, we will be more than happy to help.

All items should be checked on delivery and you should notify us by email of any problems within 48 hours.

Delivery is usually next day, if there is a problem we will notify you of the next delivery date.

Shipping Cost

To view the shipping cost for any items just add them to your cart. The post and packing cost for a GB delivery will then be displayed in the shopping cart box.

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the order to a destination within the UK. To find the shipping cost of an order please add the items you require to the shopping cart and go to the checkout page. You will be shown the shipping cost before you are asked for any payment details and can return to this page as many times as you like to check the weight and cost of the order.

Some of the items are not sent via a courier, we deliver in person so please contact us for a price for these.

Returns and Refunds Policy

For perishable items such as dead bait and similar products we do not execept returns unless the items have been damaged in transit, if this is the case then please notify us with 48hrs and we will either send out a replacement item or refund if we are out of stock, this is down to the descretion of the person dealing with your order.

Complaints.

If for any reason you feel you have been poorly treated or the service you have received has not been satisfactory please email us at info@coarsefish.org and let us know. We will aim to improve in the future. We do value your custom and it is in our interest that your online shopping experience is as hassle free as possible.
